Alpenzu Clarified Butter, 120g
Use Alpenzu clarified butter for sautéing fish, frying potatoes and making hollandaise sauce. Made with Aosta Valley butter – a traditional ingredient in Alpine cooking – Alpenzu’s lactose-free clarified butter has a high smoke point, fantastic for frying anything from chicken to spices. Plus, unlike other types of fat, clarified butter doesn’t blacken the pan during cooking, making it easier to clean.
As well as using clarified butter for cooking, it is delicious drizzled over shrimps, flatbreads or stirred through dhal for a buttery richness.
