This rack fits within most commercial glasswashers; providing excellent cleaning results due to the open construction that allows water and cleaning chemicals to fully sanitise the entire surface.
After cleaning, this open construction allows for rapid drying – giving you a fast turnaround of fresh glassware. The 16 compartments are designed with plastic guards that prevent glasses from touching each other, which can lead to cracks, scratches and shattering. The polypropylene construction is highly durable and can be used with temperatures of up to 93°C, allowing for hygienic cleaning without the risk of breaking or damaging the rack.
After cleaning, the rack can be used for stackable storage and easy transportation to and from your front-of-house.
The rack allows for a maximum glass height of 238mm.
