Designed for reliability, capacity and performance, the G3478 offers space for an impressive 6x 1/1 gastronorm trays, so there’s plenty of room for event cooking.
Effective airflow throughout the interior is via six perforated aluminium shelves. This ensures a consistent temperature across each shelf with less chance of hot spots or large variances in temperature. And thanks to the strong stainless steel construction and removable shelf runners, the whole unit is highly durable and easy to clean. It’s easy to install too, as there’s no need for drainage plumbing – when required, any waste water can easily be emptied into a separate container using the base-mounted drain valve.
