How to marinade using the Michelin starred Gymkhana marinade:
- Step 1. Choose and prepare your meat, fish or vegetables, then thoroughly coat in the marinade
- Step 2. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour)
- Step 3. When you’re ready, simply barbecue, grill or oven cook until done
