This smart thermometer set offers versatile cooking modes. In WiFi Mode, the device extends Bluetooth to WiFi range for whole-home coverage, enabling you to monitor your cooking remotely. For a simpler experience, the Standalone Mode allows you to operate the set without a smartphone. The Guided Cook System walks you through every step of the cooking process to ensure consistent, flawless results. Additionally, you can customize alerts and notifications based on temperature and time. The Advanced Estimator Algorithm provides estimated cooking and resting times, making it easy to plan your meal and manage your time. The set is USB-C powered, allowing for fast charging and long-lasting performance.

The Meater Pro XL’s probes are crafted from stainless steel with a zirconia ceramic band. Each probe includes five internal sensors and one ambient sensor, and they are quick to charge – a 5-minute charge powers a 2-hour cook, while a full 30-minute charge provides over 24 hours of continuous use. The probes can withstand maximum internal temperatures of 105°C and ambient temperatures up to 550°C, with an accuracy of ±0.3°C. They utilize Bluetooth 5.2 with long-range capability, and their sleek, thin design (5mm in diameter) ensures they fit seamlessly into your cooking process.

The charger is made of real bamboo, adding a stylish touch that complements any kitchen or outdoor décor. It features built-in Wi-Fi, which extends your monitoring range across your home network, and directly connects to the MEATER Cloud, allowing you to track your cooking from anywhere. The charger also serves as a storage unit for the probes and charges them using a USB-C connection. It includes an OLED display with touch-capacitive controls, enabling you to operate the system without the app. The charger is designed to withstand outdoor temperatures up to 60°C and measures 6.19″ x 4.66″ x 1.44″.

The Meater Pro XL Block Set is compatible with a wide variety of cooking appliances, including pellet grills, gas grills, smokers, rotisseries, induction cooktops, ovens, griddles, steamers, deep fryers, air fryers, and sous vide systems. To use the MEATER app, you’ll need an iOS device running version 15 or later, or an Android device with version 8.0 or later.

For care and maintenance, keep the charger in environments below 60°C.
