With the Nem Viet summer roll kit, you can make an authentic Vietnamese appetiser in under 15 minutes! This easy and convenient meal kit contains rice paper wraps, vermicelli noodles and a fragrant Vietnamese dipping sauce. Summer rolls are traditionally filled with cooked prawns, shredded lettuce and fresh herbs like mint and coriander. Get creative and experiment with fillings like crispy tofu or grilled chicken marinated in garlic and lemongrass.
Once you’ve cooked the noodles, the rice paper wraps can be softened in warm water for 3-4 seconds. Then, you’re ready to roll! Place the noodles, lettuce and your choice of filling in the centre of the rice paper and roll it up tightly like a spring roll. For extra crunch, add bean sprouts, grated carrot or toasted peanuts.
