Platinum Riva 3.5m Round Centre Pole Parasol in Anthracite Grey
The Platinum Riva is a robust centre pole parasol with a modern design that can be used standalone or within a table to provide shade and UV protection. The crank handle allows you to easily open and close the canopy. Please note, the 3.5m Riva parasol does not have the single tilt feature.
This parasol has a 48mm centre pole which is constructed from powder-coated aluminium in an anthracite grey finish.
The tension springs on the ribs keeps the canopy fit tight which has multiple benefits. A taut canopy keeps the parasol stable as it catches less wind, which reduces the risk of the parasol toppling over or flapping around, which can be both annoying and potentially damaging to the parasol itself. It also means the canopy is less susceptible to wear and tear, ensures proper water run-off (no pooling), and looks better: because no one wants a saggy parasol!
The 3.5m diameter round parasol canopy, in stylish anthracite grey, is made from strong 220g/m2 polyester which has a durable water resistant (DWR) coating to repel water, and is dirt-resistant. This parasol’s canopy provides a good level – UPF 30+ (up to 96%) – of protection from UV rays, and has a good level of colour fastness: the fabric will retain its colour for 80-160 days.
