The RBG 120 will cook 9-12 birds in approx. 80 minutes, then display them in the heated holding area whilst the next batch is cooking. Also available is the B3 clamp spit for cooking wings and drumsticks or even lamb chops.
Features infrared ceramic burners with safety thermo-couples and independent spit control. Also comes with an internal light.
