The pan has a pouring rim that prevents spills and splashes. The underside of the lid is ridged so that steam collects and falls back into the pan. This locks in flavour and prevents your dish from drying out. It’s great for stews, curries and dishes with a long cooking time.
UNILLOY’s thin but durable iron is half the weight of traditional cast iron. You can move the pan around the hob and lift it in and out of the oven with ease.
