The ovens are efficient and robust, with ‘U’ shaped burners to provide even heat distribution, and heat deflectors that direct reflected heat back into the oven. Once service has finished, cleaning of this unit is a simple task thanks to the removable burner heads, porcelainised oven interior and stainless steel exterior.
