Victor CTB2 Bain Marie Topper
British made Victor heated bain marie topper unit capable of holding 2 x 1/1Gn x 65mm deep pans with a heated lit gantry and toughened glass sneeze guard above.
Exterior constructed from heavy duty stainless steel with the interior from stainless and galvanised steel.
It is supplied with a moulded 13amp plug on a 2 meter cord.
The dry heat bain marie is controlled by an adjustable thermostat and the operator changeable 300W quartz lamps have a dimmer control.
The pans shown on the image are not included but a range of sizes and options such as carvery, glass plate and tiled are available below.
